These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the purchase, use, and any related transactions of products from Hair Grow Co (“Product,” “Products”) between the purchaser (“Customer,” “You”) and [Company Name] (“Company,” “We,” “Us”). 2. Purchase and Payment:

By placing an order for Products, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
Payment for the Products shall be made at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
The payment for the purchase can be completed using Shopify, Paypal, Afterpay, Zip, or any other designated Payment Gateway Provider. By using the Purchase Services, you confirm that you have acquainted yourself with, and consent to comply with, the relevant Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, and other pertinent legal documents offered by the Payment Gateway Providers.
Once Hair Grow Co verifies the payment of the Purchase Price, you will receive a receipt confirming the successful payment. Additionally, Hair Grow Co reserves the right to retain your purchase details for potential future reference.

3. Shipping and Delivery:

You recognize that Hair Grow Co. provides Purchase Services that incorporate delivery (referred to as ‘Delivery Services’) facilitated by third-party delivery companies (referred to as ‘Delivery Service Providers’).
While offering the Purchase Services, Hair Grow Co. may present you with different delivery and insurance choices made available by the Delivery Service Providers as part of the Delivery Services. You acknowledge and consent that Hair Grow Co. acts as an intermediary in connecting you with the Delivery Service Providers for the provision of the Delivery Services, and Hair Grow Co. is not the actual provider of these delivery and insurance options.
Hair Grow Co. will make reasonable efforts to ship the Products within the estimated delivery time frame. However, Hair Grow Co. is not liable for any delays caused by factors beyond its control.
Shipping fees and applicable taxes will be added to the purchase price during checkout.
If a product is lost or sustains damage during the course of Delivery Services, Hair Grow Co. requests that you take the following steps:
- Get in touch with the Delivery Service Provider directly to initiate a refund request or process any available insurance claims.
- Inform us by sending an email to <EMAIL ADDRESS>, detailing the nature of the damage suffered by the products during transit. This will aid us in assessing whether the Delivery Service Provider should be retained within the scope of our Purchase Services.

4. Product Usage:

The Products are intended for personal use only and should not be shared with others.
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and guidelines for using the Products safely and effectively.
Results may vary, and individual responses to the treatment cannot be guaranteed.

5. Returns and Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with a Product, you may be eligible for a return and refund as per our Return Policy. Please refer to our website or contact our Customer Service for detailed information.
Any returned Product must be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
Hair Grow Co. retains the right, at its exclusive discretion, to issue a refund for returned Products within a 7-day period, provided that the packaging of the Product remains unopened and in a condition suitable for resale. You acknowledge and consent that you are responsible for covering any postage and shipping expenses related to refunds as outlined in this clause.

6. Warranty:

Products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
In instances of a significant failure in the Product, you have the right to a replacement or refund, as well as compensation for other foreseeable losses or damages. Additionally, if the Products fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not qualify as a major failure, you retain the entitlement to have the Products repaired or replaced. This set of guarantees constitutes the ‘Warranty’.
You have the option to initiate a Warranty Claim under this section for any material defects and workmanship issues pertaining to the Products within a span of 24 months, commencing from the purchase date (referred to as the ‘Warranty Period’).
To initiate a Warranty Claim within the Warranty Period, you are required to provide Hair Grow Co. with evidence of purchase that displays the Products’ purchase date. This should be accompanied by a product description and the corresponding price paid. This information can be communicated through written notice, which should be directed to Hair Grow Co. either by mail at <ADDRESS> or via email at <EMAIL ADDRESS>.
Upon approval of the Warranty Claim, Hair Grow Co. will, at its exclusive discretion, opt to either repair or replace any flawed Products or components with a new or remanufactured equivalent. This service will be provided within the designated Warranty Period, and you will not be subjected to any charges for parts or labor. However, it is acknowledged and accepted by you that any expenses pertaining to postage or shipping incurred in facilitating the Warranty Claim will be your sole responsibility.
This Warranty stands as the singular and exclusive warranty provided by Hair Grow Co. It also serves as the exclusive remedy at your disposal, supplementing any other rights you may have under the law concerning the Products to which this warranty is applicable.
The scope of all implied warranties, such as warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose, is confined to the duration of the Warranty Period.
The Warranty does not cover any changes in the outward appearance of the provided Products, nor does it extend to the excluded items listed below. Additionally, the Warranty does not apply to any supplied Products that have suffered exterior damage or defacement, undergone misuse, abnormal servicing or handling, or been altered or modified in terms of design or construction.

7. Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the purchase or use of Products.
Our liability, if any, in connection with Products, shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant Product.
You explicitly acknowledge and consent that Hair Grow Co., along with its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, third-party content providers, and licensors, will not be held liable to you for any form of direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages that you might experience, regardless of the cause or under any legal theory. This encompasses, but is not limited to, potential losses in profits (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any decline in goodwill or business reputation, and any other intangible losses.
You recognize that Hair Grow Co. is not the entity responsible for providing you with Delivery Services, and you hereby consent that Hair Grow Co. shall not be held accountable for any specific, indirect, or consequential losses or damages, including but not limited to profit or opportunity loss, or harm to goodwill that may arise from or be associated with the Delivery Services.

8. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Products.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
